Policy-servicing messages
Our SMS program provides informational updates about health insurance policies enrolled through Access Health Benefits Group, LLC. Messages may concern unsuccessful premium payments, potential coverage lapses, enrollment updates, and policy-related customer service.
Your choice and recorded verbal consent
SMS participation is optional. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing insurance coverage. During telephone enrollment, our agent separately requests SMS authorization, and the member affirmatively agrees. The recorded authorization is retained with enrollment documentation. We do not collect SMS consent through a website checkbox or online enrollment form.
Prospective consumers may reach our agents through third-party lead providers. A lead provider's initial communication authorization is separate from Access Health's direct, recorded SMS authorization. We do not rely solely on a lead provider's authorization for this policy-servicing SMS program.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on policy activity and servicing needs. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out
Reply STOP to opt out of further SMS messages. You may also contact Member Services to request that we stop sending texts. Opting out of texts does not itself cancel your insurance policy.

Privacy
SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Please review the Privacy Policy linked in the footer for additional information.
Service limitations
SMS is not an emergency service. Delivery may be delayed or unavailable. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messages do not change policy terms or guarantee coverage. Contact Member Services or your insurance carrier for coverage questions.
