Our services involve contact details, insurance enrollment and policy-servicing information, customer communications, recorded telephone enrollments, SMS consent records, and opt-out requests. Prospective customers may be connected to us by third-party lead providers. Those providers operate their own information collection and consent processes.

Information is used to assist with requested insurance enrollment, service existing policies, respond to member inquiries, document consent, honor communication preferences, and deliver authorized policy-related notices.

Access Health obtains a separate recorded verbal SMS authorization directly from enrolled members. SMS participation is optional and is not a condition of purchasing insurance coverage. The program concerns policy servicing, including unsuccessful premium payments, potential lapses, and enrollment or coverage updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. SMS privacy
SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Providers supporting our messaging service may process information as needed to deliver and support the authorized program.
Enrollment and service providers
Enrollment and policy servicing may involve disclosing information to insurance carriers and service providers involved in the requested services. Information may also be disclosed to comply with applicable law or lawful requests. The SMS marketing non-sharing commitment above applies to SMS opt-in data and consent.
Records and communication preferences
Recorded SMS authorizations are retained as part of enrollment documentation. We retain records as needed for enrollment, policy servicing, consent documentation, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to ask about your information, request a correction, or update communication preferences. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Opting out of texts does not itself cancel an insurance policy.
