Support for your existing coverage
We contact enrolled members about unsuccessful premium payments, potential lapses in coverage, enrollment updates, and other policy-servicing matters. Coverage, benefits, premiums, and effective dates are governed by the member's insurance policy and carrier.
How we communicate
SMS authorization is obtained directly from members through a separate, recorded verbal consent during telephone enrollment. Policy-servicing text messages are sent after that authorization. Our telephone consent process is described in our SMS Terms.
